I'm genuinely freaking out.

I can't go into all the details right now but I'm genuinely scared and freaking out. 
I can't talk about what's going on yet but I might be able to later tonight. 

I feel like I'm going to throw up that's how nervous and upset and scared I am. Ekk

I need you to pray or use all your birthday wishes for me that everything is ok and what I need it to be.
