My Matt and I weren't married when he was in Iraq either. We got engaged while he was home for R & R and got married after his deployment was over. I believe if a couple can survive deployment, they can survive anything.

ReplyDeleteAssuming your planning on going in the fall/winter I'd say go to the snow. Maybe rent a cabin together? That could be fun.
