Theater Thursday

Don't you love it?!? It's Theater Thursday! A Christmas edition! This week we're taking a look at The Holiday. 
The Holiday has a star studded cast including one of my personal favorites, Kate Winslet. Cameron Diaz, Jude Law and the ever so funny Jack Black. 

The Holiday takes place in London, England and Los Angeles, California. Two women, Diaz and Winslet decide to switch houses on a web site for the 2 weeks of the holiday season. Both have been having extremely bad luck in the men department and are hoping to escape to a stress free zone, enjoying vacation. 

Black and Law have other ideas. But it's totally not what you think....I promise.

This movie is extremely cute, I love to watch this movie every holiday season. The snow, the love affairs...it's just great.

    One of my top five favorite movies ever!! Great to watch when the weather gets chilly and it gets close to christmas!!

    This is a great movie! Probably, because I secretly dream of having a gorgeous English man compliment me in his romantic accent.

    Definitely one of my favorite movies ever! I love it!

    I think right now I'm rooting for Mya. She's so graceful! But we'll see. I'm not a super avid water of the show (my husband thinks it's the stupidest show ever created and i want to be a washed up soap opera star just so I can be on it!). I try to catch it now and then though.

    Love this movie. I remember I picked it up last year from Redbox never having heard of it before and I thought it was so good! Didn't hurt that Kate Winslet happens to be my favorite actress.

    How did I know this week's Theater Thursday would be about a Christmas movie? I remember seeing it a few years ago, I enjoyed it, but it wasn't one of those movies I had to rent over and over again, or go out and buy.

    This movie is super cute, i love it. Interesting fact: The house in which Kate Winslet stays in, in LA is my husband's best friend's parents' house, random, huh?
