Theater Thursday is here! This week we're taking a look at a newer movie (I know...I showcase movies that are usually at least a few years old) called What Happens In Vegas. I got this on dvd for Christmas and had never actually seen it till last week. I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe it's because I've been engrossed in love stories. I did read Dear John this week lol.Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher are complete strangers, both from NYC who end up in Vegas over the same weekend. After a mix up in hotel rooms the pair meet. They end up having a wild night and wake up the next day to find out they got married.
Both instantly want out of the relationship come morning. However, once the win a 3 million dollar jackpot neither wants to lose the money. Once they go before a judge, he orders them to live in happily wedded bliss for 6 months. It's during the course of those months that the two must learn how to live with each other without killing each other for the cash.
I think this movie is really funny and surprising. I think I might have actually cried during parts (remember I'm a big sap). So if you've never seen this movie. Check it out!

Thanks for the review, I rarely get to the theater anymore! :) However there is a movie coming called Valentine's day and Leap Year that I really want to see!!
