5 Things Going on Right Now

First of all, who is watching this show? 
I caught the recap of season 1 right as it was finishing last season and now that season 2 has started I'm glued to the television. Is it just me or has the episodes so far been super sad?!? 
Second: On Monday the boy and I went and saw Salt. 
Well let me save you an hour and a half and 8 dollars...pass on the Salt (pun intended). It was not good. Maybe it's because I think Angelina Jolie is a home wrecker and can't get past that or maybe it's the fact that her lips are abnormally huge and I just stare at them but I didn't think the movie was good. At all. 
Third: Apparently I do have a green thumb! When the garden got planted a few months ago, I didn't know if it would actually do anything and now there's peppers and the beginnings of tomatoes. Exciting times!
Fourth: I placed an order with Laughing out Loud Designs, ran by Jen over at WestSacHoney for some headbands and they arrived yesterday in the mail! They're great and I can't wait to wear them! I tried them all on and they are so comfortable! And the best part... they're reversible!

    Of course I watch Teen Mom! And while it has been sad, I think it is a good thing ya know, like so they arent glamourizing (sp?) the life of a teen mom. I am hooked =D

    I don't like Angelina Jolie either. if a movie has her, brad pitt, mel gibson {even before he beat his woman} eddie murphy and many more I wont even watch it. Teen Moms was sad last night... I can't believe how the parents are on the show LOL... it's all weird to me

    I absolutely LOVE teen mom. I got hooked last season and I am still hooked! I even got my husband watching it! HA! It definitely makes me thankful I am where I am before I have a kid!

    I also saw the Teen Mom marathon and was hooked. The episode with Dr. Drew was really interesting as well. Not only is the show entertaining, but insightful as well. I hate Angelina Jolie, so I'm glad her movie was bad :) Will you take a pic of you wearing the headbands? I love headbands but never know how to wear them and then I feel stupid.

    I was obsessed with Season 1 of Teen Mom and I was teaching 8th grade at the time and would talk with my kids about it...so funny!!!

    Love, love, LOVE Teen Mom! I teach abstinence education at my school, and use that show in my classes. What better fear tactic is there?

    LOVE Teen Mom! I feel sorry for Macy....her ex may be the biggest douch bag ever! And that other couple seriously thought they were pregnant again...do they NEVER learn!

    Your garden is lookin' good!! I'm hoping to do a little green thumb action myself next summer. In the meantime I may have to sweet talk a few tomatoes outta my neighbor!

    I saw salt too and wasn't a fan. I didn't hate it...but I didn't like it either! I hated the ending - ready for salt2?

    I watched Teen Mom last night too and it was totally sad but that's what really happens for most teen mom's.

    My bf LOVES AJ but I think of her the same way HOME WRECKER! :0

    I am not a big Angelina fan. Never have been. I don't get the big hoopla about here! We planted 4 tomato plants and we are about to pick our first tomato off it today or tomorrow. We are so excited. I hope they are good!

    I've been watching Teen Mom too and I agree it's been sad. I mainly feel sorry for Farrah. Her mom seems nuts!

    Thanks for the warning about Salt. We were planning to see it this weekend (even though I'm not a big fan of Angelina either)

    Yeah, totally heard the same critique of Salt from several other people. I will say she may be a homewrecker, but she's a badass one at that. Heard she does most of her own stunts. What company could afford to insure her? LOL

    I sounds like this is your first time really watching Teen Mom. But basically the entire show is kind of sad. Yes there are some happy parts. But I think the message they are trying to send is being a teen mom is a little sad, to encourage high school girls not to wind up pregnant.

    Teen Mom is our guilty addiction. Dan loves to yell at the guys. Sometimes I think he's going to get in the car just to find them and tell them what bums they are...lol

    I love Teen Mom, but this season is definitely a bit of a downer. I'm holding out for happier ending. And I'm definitely gonna check out those headbands...uber cute!!

    I watch Teen mom. I started after the first season of 16 and pregnant and then I watched most of teen mom season 1 and most of 16 and pregnant season 2. I like teen mom the best. I love maci, she's so adorable. And I totally feel the same way about Angelina Jolie. I refuse to watch Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
