The Oscars

I have always loved watching the Academy Awards. I love seeing celebrities get all dressed up and walk the red carpet. I love to see their dresses and jewels. I like to watch the awards be passed out and hear their speeches. This year one of my favorite comedians and all time hosts was back, Billy Crystal!
I love him! I'm so glad he was back this year! I think he did the Oscar's proud! He looked very dapper in his suit too! I like that word, dapper... I need to start using that more. I also think that these following ladies looked fabulous! 
 
 
Now I love Emma Stone, don't get me wrong but I was not loving that bow. I thought she looked great but if I was there and had a pair of scissors, I would have cut that thing off. 

My favorite win of the night was definitely Christopher Plummer! I mean hello he was the Von Trap family leader!! He was in The Sound of Music for goodness sake! I'm happy that he won.

    I didn't watch much of the Oscars but while I was waiting for Boyfriend to call I happened to catch the part with Christopher Plummer. How amazing for him!

    I love Emma Stone too, but did not love that dress! The bow drove me nuts and it makes her head look really tiny!

    I was so happy for Christopher Plummer too! And I know some people didn't like it but I loved Gwynth's dress! I liked it much better without the cape but I thought she looked lovely!

    Would you believe I didn't watch the Oscars?!?! Matt and I talked about it, but we ended up playing Mario Bros on wii and watching last week's Jersey Shore instead. haha. I hadn't seen any of the movies that were nominated. I am looking forward to checking out all the fashion, though!

    I SO agree about Emma's dress. I thought it made her look old...or frumpy.. or something. It just took away from her gorgeous face too much for my liking!

    I'm not a big fan of watching the awards, I prefer to get the 2 minute news recap and a couple of run doawns by my fave bloggers :)
