Friday I got to see one of my favorite people, Miss Miranda from over at Hangin Loose with the Tuccis. We've known each other and been friends since I think like the 10th grade. We went to high school together, went on trips together, went to the same college and joined the same sorority. She's awesome and if you don't follow her blog, trust me... you should! She's been in town visiting before her, her husband and 1 year old son PCS to Hawaii at the end of the month. Check out this flashback photo of us, circa college

(maybe she was gearing up then for her hawaii days!)
Saturday after work I was able to soak up a little sun. I'm hoping that I won't scare all the Californians with my paleness. I'm determined to have the best tan possible and since we leave next week it may not be the greatest. For the next 9 days, I'm going to be working on my tan seriously hardcore!
Sunday brought Mother's Day and since I think my Mom is amazing, I thought I'd share a photo of us together. She's always been there for me, works incredible hard and is my best friend. Love you Mom!

(when we were at the S&P Museum)
I also got my cut and colored. I had long layers done and I really like how it turned out! Maybe I'll post a picture tomorrow! And... incase you forgot... single digits till California!! Woohoo!
Here's to another Manic Monday!
Sounds like a great weekend! You are one busy gal - 9 days should be enough to get a good tan, work hard!
ReplyDeleteHave you tried spray tanning? It's my go-to becuase I'm incredibly pale and try to avoid tanning the real way. Sounds like you had a busy weekend!
