Reality TV

Good Reality TV vs. Bad Reality TV

Let's face it people...reality television is here to stay. The question now is where do we draw the line on what's funny, educational and genuinely good to over the top, morally repugnant, raunchy, bad influences. That line has a name...Bret Michaels: Rock of Love Tour Bus.

Now I've watched a lot of reality tv in my time but nothing compares to the total nightmare which is known as Rock of Love. I mean really, this show sits on the cusp of hell. It's where ex/current prostitutes, strippers, drug addicts, alcoholics, paranoid freakshows go for vacation. This show is their mother ship calling them home. The women that go on this show make me cringe. They literally will wear a band aid and an eye patch as their outfit. They'll drink tequila for breakfast and pause vomiting to make out with each other/and or Bret (when he's not giving another bad concert). TRUST ME guys around the world, these women are not average. If this is the kind of woman you want...then go down to the local street corner and you'll find her.

I only pray for the crack babies that they'll one day have.
Have fun

Weddings

Weddings...
I have a good friend from childhood getting married in a few months so that's what sparked today's conversation of weddings. They still haven't agreed on a wedding ceremony site and time is ticking. I gave them my suggestions because really...if you're getting married in Huntington there isn't that many really nice places to get married. Well at least not where you can have the ceremony and reception at the same venue. I voted for Heritage Farms. They have a chapel for indoor/outdoor ceremonies and they have reception areas. Check it out...it's nice. Heritage Farms

It's been awhile...

It's been awhile since we've posted a blog. I guess we've just been busy working and doing absolutely nothing.

Today's subject is Cheating. Specifically relationship cheating. First of all, let's set the record straight. I feel that cheating is wrong, in any way, shape or form. It's an inexcusable action. If you don't want to be with someone anymore, or you even think that you might want to stray then guess what...break up.  Separation is NOT an excuse! I'm friends with someone, who's friend is cheating on their husband. I know that fact alone sounds bad but that's not even the worse part. Her husband is currently serving in Iraq. So let's recap...He's off fighting a war and stuck in the desert and his wife is here cheating on him...with men...and women. Way to go!! Let's add her to the female douche-bag list.

I have never, would never and will never cheat on someone. It's so wrong, on so many different levels. Does she not think her husband will ever find out? A secret like that will come out eventually. It will eat away at her soul. No matter what happens good or bad in their relationship, these actions will always be in the memories. Maybe that's more punishment than divorce.....
