Friends & iphones

First of all have you entered my giveaway? 

Yesterday, I was able to meet up with my friend Miranda from Hangin Loose with the Tucci's. Thankfully, our crazy schedules allowed us to meet up for some early morning Starbucks. She's moving to Hawaii in mere days... lucky lady! I couldn't be anymore happier for you. We've been friends for a long time and I'm so glad to see you happy and getting everything you deserve out of life. I hope we'll get to see each other soon.

Now, with that said, today, marks the day that I am finally able to upgrade my current phone which is a Samsung Propel

to an iPhone without having to pay 3483498 dollars for the upgrade. So to iphone or not to iphone? That is the question. 

For months, I've been so excited for this but recently, I've began to wonder if I'll like it. A ton of my friends have one and most of my co-workers do as well. I think the only thing that's really stopping me from rushing to the store is the fact that it doesn't have a keypad with genuine keys there. I've always had that. 

I'm big on texting and I've seen how they look like an IM. Not gonna lie... not too impressed. I've also tried out the keyboard for texting and I found it very hard to use. People keep telling me I'll get use to it, but I don't know... I'm not convinced. 

What's really drawing me in though, is the apps. I've used a ton of them via friend's iphone and they are awesome! I could sit for hours just using the phone and going through different applications. 

So.... help me make the decision. Do you iphone? What do you hate or love about it the most? If you have one, what's your favorite application? 

Texting v. Talking

I'm a big fan of texting. I can text while I'm at work but it's impossible to talk on the phone. If I had my choice though I'd always choose talking over texting though. There's just something about getting to hear the persons voice.  

So...do you prefer to text or talk?

Try not to judge me too hard ok? But I really want this for Christmas...

I know, I know. The commercial and the infomercial guy is extremely annoying but that doesn't make the product any less cooler. Have you seen him slap chop the potatoes?? Have you seen the graty swirl cut TWO different types of cheeses at the SAME time!?! 

I hate to admit it but I really want these. I might have to put these on my list of things Santa can bring me. Right now I'm still thinking what I want wish list item to be...

Remember this post, a few days ago? I think I came across my favorite entry:

Also did anyone else watch that new show Flash Forward?

 It was GREAT. I'm addicted now. Plus hello...who didn't watch Grey's Anatomy. Love it. So glad the fall is here!

Drunk texting, extensions & plowing

Some days I thank the heavens above that I have unlimited text messaging. Last night, I literally had 3 people, completely unrelated and all at separate parties/gatherings, drunk texting me. It was interesting to say the least. I had people confess their un-dying love for me. Um... awkward.

Can someone inform me? Maybe I'm wrong. When did ever become ok, to drunk text someone and confess love?

Also when did ever become an expectable to use the word "plowing" when talking about sex?!?
