Theater Thursday

It's Thursday around here that means one thing... Theater Thursday! This week's featured movie is, Leap Year

Leap Year stars Amy Adams as Anna Brady. She's been dating her boyfriend Jeremy for awhile now and is ready to get married. Jeremy on the other hand doesn't have any plans of proposing soon. He's too busy being a doctor and planning out their new living arrangement.

When Anna hears about the Irish tradition of how if a woman asks a man to marry her on leap day he must accept it, she feels this is her chance to get married. She books a ticket to Dublin, Ireland to surprise Jeremy who's there on a medical convention.

Along the way she experience's travel mishaps, weather alerts and comes into contact with a man who will change how she looks at herself, her relationship and what she really thinks is important in her life.

If you've never seen Leap Year, it's definitely a cute movie to watch.

I saw this movie. I was a little bummed that it wasn't as good as I thought the commercials made it look, but it's definitely a feel good chick flick.

I enjoyed watching this movie! But I don't think I'd be able to watch it again...maybe in a couple of years. I agree, it's totally a feel good chick flick!
