Gunthers Ice Cream

The last thing that I did with my mom while she was in town was visit the historic downtown treat... Gunther's Ice Cream.

Gunther's is an old fashioned ice cream parlor that has been serving Sacramento with ice cream for over 75 years. The last few summers they've won out again their rivalry ice cream Leatherbys in multiple flavors.

Besides offering ice cream, they offer milkshakes, sundaes and root beer floats. Beezy got a milkshake, I got the Chocolate Fudge Brownie and my mom got Butter Pecan.

 

I personally prefer Gunther's and so does my mother. Beezy however likes Leatherby's. I think he was liking that milkshake though...

Be warned though... they don't have a restroom.
