Theater Thursday

It's Thursday and that can only mean one thing... it's Theater Thursday! This week's featured movie is, Zodiac.
Zodiac follows the real life killings that took place in the late 1960's and early 1970's. The movie follows the trail of the killings and how the police force is on the hunt for the killer. The murders took place in the San Francisco Bay area. He also used cryptic letters that included ciphers to taunt the police. The movie also shows in depth the man power and hours spent trying to track down the killer and bring them to justice. Not only did the killer effect the lives of his victim's families, the police officers but the entire Bay area.

The whole true story of the Zodiac killings is very disturbing to me not only because it was a serial killer out on the loose but because it happened near where I live! I had not seen this movie till this past week and to find out all of these horrible murders took place within 2 hours of where I live is scary. What's even more scary is that they never caught the Zodiac killer. He/She could still be out there! I mean granted they would be a senior citizen but that's pretty creepy!

Have a movie you've watched that you think others should see? Have a movie you love and just want to post about it? Great! Grab the button, post and then come back here and link up! That's the fun in Theater Thursday!

Adding this to my "must watch" list. I don't know how I haven't seen it yet, a horror movie with Robert Downey Jr, and Jake Gyllenhaal?! yes please!

That movie freaked me out so badly! And whoa on it being so close to where you live! Eek! I mean, Charles Manson is a senior citizen, too, but I wouldn't wnat to be in the same room with him! Just like I wouldn't want to run into the Zodiac killer.. even if he's old balls! Eek! (Yeah, I just said old balls.haha.. It's Friday. I dunno).

Movies like that fascinate me, but not in a way you'd think. It's gross and creepy no doubt, but to know that things like that can happen is just WOW. That's the psychologist/humanities person speaking...hahaha. I watched the movie and was shocked and fascinated at the same time. Does that make any sense?! LOL
