The Little Tree that could

Try not to judge too hard... ok? I may or may not still have a Christmas tree up in my house.

Ok, yep.... you caught me! I don't know how it happened, I swear. I was going to take it down the first of the year then I got busy. Then I thought, "Oh I'll take the Christmas decorations off of it and put Valentines Day ones on it." BUT I got busy and that didn't happen either. Instead I've had this Christmas tree looking back at me for months.

In the tree's defense, it is cute and only 3ft tall. Today the tree will come down. I promise!

Ha, I thought I was bad for taking my down at the beginning of Feb. Is it a fake tree at least?

You crack me up girl. Love that you still have that tree up. I catch myself singing Christmas songs all year long so it's all ok. ;)
Have fun taking down the tree... ;)

Happy Tuesday.

Haha. I don't think I could have looked at mine for that long. Don't get me wrong, I love it...but too much past the new year and my xmas spirit is gone.

How fun! Hey, why not keep the tree up all year?!

Ha! You are worse than my mom. ;-) She would take the tree down but the decorations would sit on the dining room table until Easter while she would be "organizing" them.

Since my tree was still rooted in a little pot, it's outside my door. I am planning on leaving it there for a while...like forever.
And I LOVE the idea of decorating it for every holiday.

I know people who have left there Christmas tree up all year round. They would just move it to the garage after the odd looks started and then bring it back out closer to Christmas, so don't feel to guilty ;-)

That's too funny. I was sad to take my tree down but I had no choice-- it was a real tree and the cat had eaten the needles off the bottom 2 feet! At least yours looks good. :)

My Christmas tree is down, but the big plastic box that I store it in is still sitting in my living room. At this point, I'm thinking I should just put a blanket over it and pretend it is a coffee table!

Hahaha, it happens. Maybe just take all things Christmas off of it and put eggs all over it. What? No one does an "Easter tree?" Haha.

That is awesome! I won't judge you, it took us almost a month to take ours down, and our's had hardly any decorations, I can't imagine taking that down. It is super cute though.

Seriously....WTC? By this point, what's the point on taking it down? Just stick a stuffed rabbit on the top of it.

I just found your blog, I'm now a follower! I have a deployment blog, Goodnight moon!, you should check it out.

Aren't you moving soon? As this point you might as well just live it all up until its time to pack it up!
