This week's featured movie for Theater Thursday is Monkey Trouble.
Monkey Trouble stars Thora Birch as young girl Eva. One day while visiting her father she comes across Dodger the monkey. Eva takes Dodger and keeps him a secret from her mother and step father. However, Eva realizes she's in over her head once she realizes that Dodger has been trained to steal valuables from people.
The whole time Dodger's real owner has been looking for him. He's been missing out on the cash and goods that he steals for him and he's willing to do anything to get Dodger back.
It's a classic 1990's movie with a few surprising twists.
