Theater Thursday

Don't forget to enter my giveaway!
It's Thursday and that can only mean one thing around here... it's Theater Thursday! The Christmas Editions are upon us! This week's featured movie is the classic, White Christmas.
Irving Berlin's White Christmas is a classic holiday movie. It stars Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye as Bob Wallace and Phil Davis, a dynamic singing and dancing duo. While touring with their show in Florida they pay a visit to a sisters act as a favor to a friend they met in the army. There they meet, Judy and Betty Hanes (Rosemary Clooney and Vera Ellen).

Immediately Phil sees that Bob is interested in Betty and he devices a scheme for them to all continue seeing each other. This plan takes them all to Vermont. There they run into a friend from the Army and decide to secretly help him keep his business afloat. They decide they'll show of their star power and host their entire show to bring in business to the Inn. Cue the dancing and singing!

While they are all in Vermont and working hard at saving the Inn, Bob continues to fall for Betty. Judy continues to pine away after Phil.
By the time show time rolls around they've experienced their ups and downs. Will this end in a truly white Christmas? Will love find itself all around? Watch this classic to find out! This is by far one of my favorite Christmas movies. I know there is people out there who have never seen it and that's a shame. Watch it! Don't let another holiday season pass without viewing it.

I love Danny Kaye - he is in one of my favourite childhood movies: The Court Jester.
