Theater Thursday

This week's Theater Thursday is a special Halloween edition! This years Halloween pick is none other than Hocus Pocus
Three sister witches named the Sandersons (Sarah Jessica Parker, Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy) return to modern day and their on a mission. After 300 years, the sisters have resurrected on Halloween night in Salem, Massachusetts.

A young teenager on a dare, lit a black flame candle not believing the legend of their possible return. Once the sisters are back, he realizes that it's up to himself, his young sister and their new friend in town to save the town from the wrath of the Sanderson sisters and to save the children of the town.

The Sanderson sisters plot to make the night theirs by sucking the souls of all the children so they can fully return and make it through the night and be back in the modern world.

PS I am feeling more organized. Any of my movie reviews are game for your Theater Thursday guest post. Is there a genre you are interested in? I'll send you the html or text via email if you need it. PS I am doing a scary movie marathon on Halloween.

We had ABC Family on at work on Friday and this was on! I kept getting sidetracked because I wanted to stop what I was doing and watch it!

Hocus Pocus was the best! It is one of those movies that still stops me in my tracks when it comes on. Better Midler always cracks me up too. Great choice and perfect for the season. Hope you are doing well!
