1. Chris Pine. Yeah, have you seen this hottie? He's single and lives in Los Angeles. Who cares that he's rich and famous... he's hot!

2. L.A.'s finest. I'm all about safety and the men and women of the Los Angeles Police Department are all over the city trying to keep everyone safe. Plus... hello, there is some hot cops out there.

3. Amusement Parks. The Santa Monica Pier has a few rides but within driving distance from L.A. is Disneyland, Universal Studios and Knotts Berry Farms.

4. As Seen On. Los Angeles has been the back drop to tons of Hollywood films. Just by driving around town you can see a few that have been featured in the movies. One of my favorites to see while in L.A. The Beverly Wilshire Hotel from Pretty Woman.
5. The Beach! Because hello... everyone loves the beach!

I loved visiting California when we were there. Someday I'm going back. And I really LOVE the beach!
I've heard that Hearst Castle is amazing. You'll have to go there once you move to California. And don't worry, I have more California posts coming.
Love Pretty Woman and love seeing places that I've seen in movies! Maybe once you move that could a weekly feature.
I love CA but I'm a southern girl & missed GA too much when i was there!

I love driving down Sunset and Hollywood Blvd and thinking about all the movies that have been filmed there. then you go into Beverly Hills and even more has been filmed there. Then you go to other smaller cities and realize movies have been filmed there. Like Whittier, where I went to college, a lot of movies have been filmed there... Drive down to Uoptown whittier and parts of Father of the Bride was filmed there. Part of Back to the Future and the Wonder Years was filmed on my college campus.
I have a couple more restaurants tro recommend in Long Beach. 2nd street is a foodie's dream. Some of my favorite restaurants there are Taco Surf (great mexican food) and Open Seaseame (Lebannese)
:)
Aah, Chris Pine?! Yes, please! Cali does have so many wonderful things, doesn't it?!
