Umm...am I the only one who feels like they've been going non stop for weeks now. I think it all started the week before Thanksgiving. Between work, hanging out with friends, family gatherings, holiday parties and the crazy shopping I feel like I haven't had one minute to rest. I'm not seeing it slow down till January either....
I do have a few things to show for being on the go.
-Christmas Cards mailed.
-All but 1 person to buy for still.
-Tree's decorated.
-All presents wrapped.
Wednesday I'm going ice skating and I can't wait! I think it's such a fun thing to do this time of the year! Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday! I'll be posting pictures tomorrow of my newly updated, Wonka tree! I found doughnut ornaments...amoung other cute candy/food items!

ohmygoodness I feel you on going non-stop! AHHH. I cannot wait to just relax... in a few short days! :)
You're right. You will look good in that dress. Even if you wear something else to the party.
I also feel like I've been going nonstop.
If you think most of the ladies will be going business casual, then maybe some black slacks with a sparkly top? It's not too dressy but still lets you get the holiday sparkle going.
That dress is too adorable not to buy.
i totally feel ya, your not alone on the whole going non-stop thing! man, i can't wait for a break! and i am glad you bought the dress! even if you don't wear it though, it was too cute to pass up :) i hope you get all the things done that you need to get done! and ice skating is the best, i wanna go so bad!
You are not alone! I haven't even slowed down since the week before Thanksgiving. So. Much. Stuff. To do.
But it's fun stuff. So it's okay. ;)
And: Yay! for a new dress!!! :)
nonstop? crazy? running around like a chicken with its head cutoff?
yep thats me the last few weeks :o)
tis the season...
got the christmas card -- thank you!!
I've felt this way too. Unfortunately I did not get my xmas cards out yet. Don't think it's going to happen. Darn!
I completely agree! I cannot wait until New Year's is over so I can finally get back into my routine and relax a little!
I totally understand about going non-stop, I just want 2010 to be here already! ;)
Ok how long do you leave your tree(s) up?? I know you put it up in September! lol
I think it's great that you still got the dress. It looks like something you'll get a lot of wear out of. Hopefully, you find something you adore for the party.
So I'm behind in reading a little. About the dress, I liked it but not quite party material I don't think. What about black pants or shirt with a bright, bold sweater or top with some chunky jewelry. Just an idea!
And normally this time for me is crazy but for some reason I'm totally laid back and not dressing at all. And the first gift has yet to be bought. :)
That dress was cute, and I'm sure you'll find a perfect time to wear it.
I do feel you on the non-stop thing, I simply cannot wait until the holidays are over so I can sit down and relax. Hope you have fun ice skating!
the dress is cute!! you will look great!!

i tried doing that last year...didn't work too well, ha!
It HAS been non stop for us! We definitely can't wait to chill out and veg for a while.
Cute Dress!!! :)
I feel like that this week, for sure!
I GOT YOUR CARD IN THE MAIL TODAY... you're the best! :)
2 more days of work and then I will have a glorious 2 week break from the "non-stop"! Holy Lord I cannot wait!
I hope the holidays treat you well my friend:)
I got your card! Super cute :)
And I feel like I have been non-stop for a few weeks now and I hate it!
I feel I've been going nonstop too!! Thankfully after Friday I'm off work for two weeks and cannot wait! Skating sounds fun and relaxing. I haven't been for years! Have fun!
I'm right there with you about going nonstop, I feel like the past few weeks have just been a rollercoaster of one event after another.
I don't know if you'll see this comment...but...I work at a law firm and we just had our Christmas party. I say go with a dress, but that dress might just be too casual. I actually showed up too casual, but I was late and didn't care at that point. Most people wear a dress or business casual and lots of sweaters. I have a red and white striped sweater that never fails at Christmas parties. Maybe a satin red shirt and some dark dressy jeans or even slacks?
