Busy, Busy & More Busy

Lately, with my new work hours I have been non stop busy. I thought once the holidays were over that things would settle down and I'd slowly get into a new routine. Uh... I was wrong

I feel like I'm an old grandma. I fall asleep by 10pm, get up at 5am for work and then proceed to work the day away until I come home at 6pm. Then I maybe get through all of my email, a little google reading and then the cycle starts all over again.

I'm hoping that I can start getting in a better routine soon. I need to make my priorities and keep them there. Yesterday, all I could do was keep saying this quote over and over in my head....

"Dear God, make me a bird so I can fly far, far away"-Jenny, Forrest Gump

I know exactly what you mean! I thought that post-holidays, things would slow down, but they are just as busy. Hang in there!!

I know the feeling lady. I just got a job where I work evenings into the night and I have no idea how I'm going to stay awake, lol.

I have never had a very structured schedule but it's about to get structured at the end of the month... I'm preparing myself and trying to go to bed earlier and earlier but it's haaarrd! Hang in there girlie! Hopefully it gets easier (for both of us!)

I'm in the same slump as you. I don't even have time to get some wedding tasks done ... all I do is work, sleep, eat...

I hope you can get into a routine! I know how you feel, I honestly haven't had a good routine this week AT ALL, and it does wear on you! I hope the upcoming days and weeks are tons better :-)

I wanted to fly away yesterday too. I need to win the lottery or something.

I've been feeling the same way myself! Tonight I decided to do absolutely nothing other than watch a few movies and have some time to myself. Hopefully life will slow down a bit for you:)

That would so be my prayer tonight. I wish I could fly far away for a few days and just leave it all behind.

I know that feeling. I've been trying to get back to my normal routine, but it just feels like it will never happen. *Sigh* One day things will be normal again :)

Did you say it with an intense southern accent?

"Deer Gawd, mayke me a burd so Ah can fly fahr fahr awhway"

that's the best phonetics I got. ;)
