It's Thursday and around these parts that can only mean one thing. It's Theater Thursday! This week's featured movie is My Fake Fiance.
Melissa Joan Hart stars as Jennifer, a single young woman who's just spent her entire life savings buying her first place. She meets Vince (Joey Lawrence) at a mutual friends wedding. To her dislike they are seated at the same table in an obvious set up by their friends... the bride and groom.
When Jennifer (Hart) realizes that Vince (Lawrence) is a gambler far in debt and a ladies man to boot she wants nothing to do with him and vice versa. However, the tables turn when all of Jennifer's stuff gets stolen while moving into her new home. She's faced with the decision on how to get things for her apartment without having any money. Vince at the same time is trying to figure out how to pay him debt back to his bookie before getting beat to death.
That's when they decide, to get married for the gifts and the money. Along the way, they find out more about each other and realize they're either going to hate each other even more or actually fall for one another.
This movie was made by ABC Family in 2009 and it's really cute. If you love Melissa Joan Hart or Joey Lawrence then you're sure to enjoy it. Check it out!

It's like a TGIF fans dream movie! haha I've seen part of this movie while flipping through channels and it seemed pretty cute!

Ha! This morning I was thinking about all the reasons Thursday is my favorite day of the week and I realized,I think I'm getting a little internet girl crush on you because I was like "And Jenn does Theatre Thursday." And for the record, I totally watched that movie and loved it. I love that you're not a movie snob and you can admit the Joey Lawrence and Melissa Joan Hart will always be awesome.
