29. Get a house plant and keep it alive.
On Saturday, I headed to Ikea for a little shopping trip. I had picked up an Aloe plant there about a year ago so I knew they had a few live plants. The Aloe plant from a year ago is no longer alive because apparently I don't have a green thumb. When I looked over their plant selection, I decided to go ahead and get another house plant. This time I went with an Elephant Foot Palm. It won't require as much watering and it doesn't need direct sunlight.

I have a black thumb.... I kill everything green. I once killed a cactus. How sad is that?

Lol why is keeping a plant alive SO hard?!
I got the house plant when I separated from my bf. His words when I took it were try not to kill it, because I serious kill every plant! But so far, so good! I've been keeping it alive since August, and it's about half the size of your plant when full grown! Fingers crossed I didn't just jinx it- eep!
