The Good, Bad & Ugly

The Ugly...
Have you seen the weather lately? I don't know about where you live but it's been balls freezing cold every single day here for as far as my over worked mind can now remember. Winter started way too early and now it feels like it's never going to go away. I'm also extremely over snow. It can stop now.

The Bad...
I have become addicted to shopping for cute jewelry on ebay. I can't help it. I find so many cute rings and bracelets. I like them so much I don't even want to share my links to them haha! However I will show off a cute bracelet I found...

It's cute, right? Sadly, even though I'm addicted to jewelry on ebay, I've curbed my spending and just follow the auctions drooling over the items till they end.

The Good...
My savings plan and get out of debt plan for 2011 has started off on the right foot! I've been able to meet all of my goals for the month of January. I've also chipped away at my book reading goal (50 for the year) and have finished 3 books and currently started reading my 4th. Now if only I can keep this up for the rest of the year!

It's been freezing cold and snowing a lot here in WI too! I'm so over it.

Congrats on your goals - it's such a good feeling!

I am so bad at keeping track of the books I read! I need to get better about using Goodreads!

Ditto on the cold temps. Is it too early to be hoping for spring weather??

Glad you are meeting your goals so far!

Ugh, I know what you mean about the weather, it is not fun at all! It's pretty sad when I think 3 degrees is warm. Ick!

I know we have nothing to complain about, but it's been WAY cold here this year. We have thin blood, too, so it's really awful. It got down to 28 last night. At least we don't have snow. And good for you for saving!! That is so great.

Way to go on the get out of debt plan success so far!! :) I am definitely doing the same thing. I wont be able to get out of all of mine by any means (student loans) but I can make some headway if I buckle down! :) Love that bracelet and proud of you for being able to watch the auctions instead of buy! It's so hard!!!! I cant handle ebay. I think "Ohmygawd 2 minutes left? I need that!"

I'm also over the freezing temperatures, snow and ice! My street is literally covered in ice, making it scary to get to the main roads. I'm ready for clear roads again.

There is nothing wrong with "window shopping" on Ebay... just keep that mouse away from the bid button. haha
You're doing great! Congratulations. =)

Sorry about your ugly weather! It was beautiful here today, people were walking around in shorts :) Nice job on the reading too, I'm currently stuck on a book I hate and just can't get through it!
